On-site	If remaining seats occur after online closing, You can make a reservation at the ticket booth for 1.5hr before the performance

You can get your ticket at the ticket booth on the second floor of the concert hall after presenting your name and booking number
The ticket booth opens 1.5hr prior to the start of the performace and ends before the intermission. (The lobby opens two hours prior to the performace.)
When there is no intermission, the ticket booth will open 40 min after the performance begins

Cancellation Deadline: One day prior to the event date (17:00 on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, and 11:00 on Saturdays)
After 17:00 (or 11:00 on Saturdays), one day prior to the event date or as for the ticket you purchase on the event date, you are not allowed to cancel, change, or refund it.
If Saturday is a public holiday, the cancellation deadline is 11:00 on Saturday
Depending on the booking office, the cancellation fee policy may vary, so please check the cancellation fee when making a reservation.

Age rating
- Children younger than eight years old will not be admitted to Arts Center Incheon. Even when accompanied by their parents, preschoolers cannot enter the concert hall (except for the events for children).

There is a limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased on online (PC or Mobile)
- You can purchase up to four tickets per person online (PC or Mobile). If you want to buy group tickets Please contact 032-453-7700

No refund or replacement ticket will be issued for a lost ticket
- You will not get a replacement ticket if it gets lost. Keep it in a safe place as a refund or exchange is not possible
